Whether you are at work, on the road, or at home, The Christ Hospital Health Network's patient app provides you with convenient access to a range of healthcare services:

• Access your medical records, including test results, medications, and medical history.
• Schedule appointments with over 200 providers.
• Conduct video visits for common conditions such as colds, sore throats, and urinary problems, either by scheduling in advance or on-demand.
• Submit symptoms through the app for an E-Visit and receive medical advice and prescriptions from your primary care provider.
• Check-in up to seven days before your appointment to easily update registration information.
• Send non-urgent messages directly to your provider.
• Request prescription refills.
• Access your family members' health information through proxy access.
• Get cost estimates for your care and pay your bill.
• Share health data with your provider through the "Health" app (for self-tracking pilot programs).

After downloading the app, some features are available without authentication, including 24/7 video visits. However, to view your medical records and personalized content, you will need to login using your username and password. If you already have a MyChart® account, you can use those credentials. Otherwise, please contact your provider's office to set up an account for The Christ Hospital Health Network app or click "Sign Up" after downloading.

To receive updates in the app, make sure push notifications are enabled on your device.
